From jct I-30 & Hwy 245 (exit 2): Go 1-1/2 mi S on Hwy 245, then 1-3/4 mi SW on US 67.
I live here now. It's a nice quite place. People are friendly. James, the manager is awesome. He nice and so friendly anything you need help with he's the man. Not seen a bed bug one. Its a really nice place to live.
I know a lot of people live here. They have been getting flooded the apartments in the back. The creek behind there has actually come over and flooded apartments in back. Yet told they still want same rent money no discounts. And drug related crimes there and around there in neighborhood. They do not keep the security gate closed now. So for the price I'm told they charge.....I would not recommend it......on a positive note.....they are pretty spacious apartments. 😊
We have lived here for a month , and honestly we have no complaints . James the apartment manager has been wonderful , the neighbors are great . Our local public transportation had a stop right in front of the complex , the area is quite and pet friendly. The apartments are spacious I honestly have nothing to complain about . 10/10 would recommend. We live I one of the back units and have had no issues with flooding .
We have been residents here for a while now and I will say that we have no complaints at all. James is always helpful and friendly, and also takes care of any requests very quickly! I would definitely recommend these apartments to people, and already have. 🙂
Great place. Good people nice residents. Including myself now for about 3 tears. Competitive rent pricing with all bills paid. Still under great ownership and management along with an accomplished maintenance team and future plans for a big makeover make Sterling Crest an excellent home for the starter family, the retiree, or seasonal traveler with RV lots available.
