Such a great business to work with. This type of customer service is lacking in most business but Tom and Brandon went above and beyond to assist us and kept us informed all along the way. We had a few issues with our toy hauler that we bought in California and these guys exceeded what we thought could get done, and all in only 2 days. We were expecting it to take months to order parts and other delays. We highly recommended Great Escapes and will return in a few months to add some awnings and upgraded steps because we know it will be done correctly and efficiently. Thanks again.

This review is admittedly a little (very) late, but my husband and I have never felt so much hospitality as what we received from this establishment when we were there in June 2023. The entire time we were there, we were made to feel like the only customers on the lot! We had the absolute pleasure of interacting with everyone from the regional manager Larry, general manager Nate, service manager Todd, our service rep and the entire service team lead by Brandon. Between major repairs/services and moving from one unit to another, we were able to stay on the premises for multiple days to ensure everything was perfect before heading out. It also did not go unnoticed that the skill level of the service team members far surpassed our expectations. There are too many "techs" and not enough true mechanics out there these days, but you'll find more than one here! We cannot thank the team there enough for their professionalism and positive attitudes. We have since sent a friend of ours in southern Texas to purchase an RV from them because we have such faith and trust in this particular dealership that we knew she would not find better service anywhere else in the country. Again, THANK YOU for all that was done for us.
Great place to purchase a RV Beverly was the best sales associate I have done business with and the manager Nate was great I had some extra work done on the RV and the shop was excellent as well . Beverly really went above and beyond great employee!
