Such a great business to work with. This type of customer service is lacking in most business but Tom and Brandon went above and beyond to assist us and kept us informed all along the way. We had a few issues with our toy hauler that we bought in California and these guys exceeded what we thought could get done, and all in only 2 days. We were expecting it to take months to order parts and other delays. We highly recommended Great Escapes and will return in a few months to add some awnings and upgraded steps because we know it will be done correctly and efficiently. Thanks again.
