Awesome park! We did the side by side tour and would 100% recommend! Our guide, Ty, was knowledgable, personable, and did a great job of selecting trails that were challenging but appropriate for our skill level (total beginner 😅). The scenery was beautiful, and the side by sides have great suspension. Definitely get the goggles, and prepare to get muddy!
The park is really well maintained and landscaped, bathrooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly. We stayed in a cabin at The Shire, and it was the perfect base for exploring Hot Springs.
This makes a great day trip if you're in the area, and I would definitely go again!
First time visitor and I’ll definitely be back! I am very impressed with their customer service. The young lady behind the counter was amazing at taking her time to explain the map to me. (I actually felt like I knew where I was going) 🤘🏻
Fun park to wheel! There are bypasses for most of the difficult sections, so most of the park is workable. Pretty clean, nice amenities, and gorgeous views! The only improvement might be better maps and trail markers. More than once we were confused about which trail to take when we were at an intersection. I can see why this area is a National Park-simply beautiful!
This is the best thing to do in Hot Springs. It was our first time there and the front desk people were really welcoming and friendly. We did our two hour guided side X side tour with Ty as our guide and he was amazing (fun, funny, friendly, you name it ). He asked us to choose between easier or harder trail. We chose to go through harder trails and it was the best decision. Will recommend everyone to try them and we’ll definitely be back this spring. All thanks to TY 😁
Wow, this is an awesome park with an outstanding staff.
The trails are great and anywhere between mild and wild. The trail signs are the best I have ever seen and you can't get lost if even if you try. It was a pleasure earning 4 Badge of Honors during our stay.
All the staff members were polite, professional and helpful. They drew out a map for our 1st run around the park which was perfect. Our original plan was to just do the park 1 day on our vacation and we ended up doing 3 days.
I can't wait until our next time there.
