Owner is very friendly and polite. I have not had any issues since moving in. Further more I read a review from I guess a former tenant stating they were having electrical issues, I have a surge protector and have not had any problems at all. Absolutely love how the area is quiet and semi secluded with close access to freeways which is good for my daily commute back and forth to work.
As noted, this is a quiet easy access spot when you just need a place for the night. 50 amp, electric and sewer available. Billy is super friendly and helpful. Not sure where the secure comments come in - this is basically a lot off the main road in a somewhat questionable area.

This rv park is the best in the littlerock area, clean, very little noise, and it's safe!! The owner ( Dollar Bill) goes out of his way to help you get adjust to the area, I do recommend this rv park to anyone wanting a quite country like place close exit to the city.
My husband and I spent one week at Bill's place. He was extremely helpful and very nice, the guy would take his shirt off for you to help in any way. I am a little late posting this since we stayed there in March 2023.
We would recommend staying g there for the price it was well worth it!
