Not really good for kids or groups. It has mostly retired folks living in spots they own. We came in a group with a couple RVs and a couple tenters. The tents were just thrown into a field very far away from the RVs with no water or real services. The pool wasn’t functioning the entire time we came and nobody could tell us if it would open again. The courts were packed with retirees except for in the heat of the day, so you couldn’t really play. Most of the days we had to listen to someone cutting cement with a saw and a tractor with incessant backup noises two spaces away from us. It wasn’t worth the price at all for us. We won’t be returning.

This place has everything you may need… Laundry… Showers extremely clean bathrooms Pickleball courts a little café store and super friendly people. It’s fairly expensive, but feels very safe.

I did the tent area I was hoping for the cabin tents because they look awesome and they're very very fairly priced obviously everybody else thinks that too because they're booked pretty far-out but the ten are you it's beautiful not much shade and the only real bad thing I can say about it is the ants are not red ants or just the black annoying ones but other than that it's beautiful beautiful they have a pool you can use even if you're in the tent area they have a shower you can use even if you're in the tent area and the tent area is only 15 bucks a night plus tax I'm out of town working and this is the only place I can find worth it

Stayed here 2 months in the owners area. Like a previous person said this is more of a retirement area. Which means that there are some rude people if you don't own. Not like nice people when you are camping. Had people across from me watching my every move. I've heard that same story from a few now.

Our friends have a small house at this location. We came to visit them and stayed at the motel on site. The room was large and clean. It featured 2 queen beds, a kitchen, dining area and living area. It was very nice and comfortable. The rest of the RV park was very crowded and cramped. Could not see ourselves staying here again unless visiting friends. Way too much going on to be peaceful and quiet. If you like crowded places, this is it.
