Friendly, clean restrooms, laundry, green grass, and believe it or not, SHADE in Riverton, Wyoming! I've stayed here several times and I will definitely stay here again.
Great local spot. One of the few campgrounds of its kind that still has tent camping! Very clean bathrooms and showers, cute little shop inside. Free wifi as well. The owner is super nice and has done a lot to give a little charm to this spot. Help keep local campgrounds alive by staying here.
This is a cute little campground, though smallish. It's right off a highway, so there is road noise, but it dies down at night. The bathrooms and showers were clean, the laundry facilities worked fine (though they got busy in the evening and I had to wait my turn for a dryer), and the owner and her family were very friendly.
This is an old campground, and the trees have had time to grow up, so there's lot of shade and grass, helping to keep the temperatures pleasant even in late summer. Very pet friendly, though be aware that the owner's dog is often loose near the house and office.
