Be prepared to have some overstuffed Karen yell at you every time you move your vehicle to slow down as the clearly posted speed limit is only 5 miles an hour is it enough to let me know. To the owner I suggest informing your tenants that if it is not their duty to keep their large mouth closed as not everyone is subject to their Authority and likely to react as such.
This is NOT a KOA campground! Do your homework before you make a reservation for 3 nights, they don’t refund your unused nights (I know firsthand). With that said if you are looking for a long-term place to park your dilapidated trailer while you hang out to drink beer and fish, look no further. Don’t believe me? Winter 2020 through summer 2021
I live in an off-grid camper, so I was placed in an area which doesn't have hookups, and is normally reserved for seasonal tent camping. Turns out that every time it rains heavily, it floods and apparently the stocked pond overflow drains to that location, as well.
I was out of town for a weekend and when I came back found out that my camper had been sitting in water WELL ABOVE the wheel wells that entire time. Found out a few residents had notified the owners, but nobody called me so I could have someone move it.
The floor is completely ruined now and it took me days to clean all the nasty water and bugs out. I had thought the owners were nice people up until then.
I think it pretty cool and laid back everyone everywhere looks at my boyfriend and I funny so that's to be expected because of age gap but at heart we are pretty much same age and he is the best friend I've ever had anyways I love it we love anywhere we can go off grid and have peace and quite. But thank you for being patient with us and giving us a chance even tho we look very different then everyone else we are very happy with a simple life where everyone is good to each other and no negativity but I say this place is pretty cool
