This is a year-round rv park. I question the water quality. In all the site stays clean, the people are friendly and is a safe place to stay.9

Stayed here for ~5 months. I had to be within 30 minutes of downtown for hospital call. With the construction going on, you would be cutting it close doing the speed limit. I just found something closer, only reason for leaving.

It's nothing special, by any means but everyone is super nice and everything works.

BUYER BEWARE! We made our reservations in February for Labor Day weekend WITH full hookups, arrive to find they pulled a bait&switch on us telling us no sites available w/sewer. The site RIGHT NEXT TO US w/full hookups sat empty ALL weekend. Bath house looked like it hadn't had a cleaning since 1973, cockroaches in the bathroom, sewer backed up near the showers, spiders hanging in the showers, roads are cheap gravel w/golf carts, junker trucks kicking up constant road dust. This place is low-life, low-rent, and disgusting. We left early!!

Best campground in Central Indiana. Office staff is awesome. Cathy in office goes above and beyond.
