In all of our travels, this is the nicest, cleanest and well kept RV park we have ever stayed at. We were there for three full months and we couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. Rates are reasonable, camp hosts and the office staff were always super friendly and helpful. We even had the chance to enjoy the pool and driving range while we were there. Highly recommend this park, we would definitely stay here again if we're in the Spokane area.

Our last summer stay was horrible. We used to come here every summer, but this was our last. The staff were rude and over charged us, with no apology. The pool was very dirty. Our booking was a mess, the staff are clearly over their heads. No customer service, rude and mean. Did not feel safe at this property.

Amazing rv park. We came up here for a wedding. It was amazing! The camp host lead us to our site then helped us back in. They have so many AMAZING amenities including pool, sauna, club house, playground, golf, and more. My 70 year old mother fell and couldn't stand on up due to her knee replacements. The camp host was able to get her up and was so amazing! The office, greating information, and experience was Fantastic. Deer Park is a small town And this RV park superseded our expectations. You can tell people love it here and there are plenty of fulltimers who have dictated with beautiful lights, flowers, and elegant decor. Highly recommend it here, but I also don't want it to get too popular so I can continue to afford it 😅

We used to come here every year. We were asked to go again this year but after what happened the last time, we do not feel safe there.

We stayed there 2 weeks last August and while cooking dinner one afternoon, the maintenance worker doing the lawn actually hit me with the Lawnmower. I addressed this and he was extremely rude. This same employee continued to harrass us throughout our entire vacation because I complained to the office.

The Manager came to discuss it, however there was no apology and it didn't seem like they even cared. We used to love this place but unfortunately we do not feel comfortable or safe there anymore.

BEWARE - The security of your sensitive information may be compromised. Mine has been lost/stolen. Nearly had my RV recycled/dumped/auctioned off.

Please note up until now I have sent my own clients & family members to this Park, as well as touted it as my favorite rv resort I had ever stayed.

----

I have been paying for nearly 3yrs to have my RV stored in their rv storage area. A manager quit several months ago. In that same time, all the documents they had regarding storing my and MANY others RV went missing. People were not even being charged anymore. As a matter of fact, I was told by a very nice gentleman that works there; they didn't even know whos rv was whos in storage. They had to have a sheriff run the plates to help. Still, somehow they couldn't figure out any out of state plates. Then he told me that several the RV being stored looked like they were most likely meth labs and have been removed. Which boggles my mind because this place has always been beautiful, and I've never had any issues.

It is very unsettling to find out this situation. Let alone my own RV was next to be removed. I payed/trusted DeerPark RV Resort (G7 management company) with my property and sensitive information... Lost/Stolen paperwork is not acceptable and could have caused me weeks of time and stress.

Ps - The only way they found out the stored RV was mine. Was when I bought an additional one and called to let them know i was coming out to store it (Today). If that didn't happen.. Mine was next to go to recycle/dump/auction..

I was just there in the last 45 days to install a new controller for my solar.

I called the front desk and asked for the code to get it... No one mentioned anything about my RV being on a removal list at that time.

I also called the day before I bought my rv (yesterday). Inquiring about having a second one stored. No one mentioned anything. I guess 3rd time's the charm. Because that was today and it was finally mentioned.
