BEWARE - The security of your sensitive information may be compromised. Mine has been lost/stolen. Nearly had my RV recycled/dumped/auctioned off.

Please note up until now I have sent my own clients & family members to this Park, as well as touted it as my favorite rv resort I had ever stayed.

----

I have been paying for nearly 3yrs to have my RV stored in their rv storage area. A manager quit several months ago. In that same time, all the documents they had regarding storing my and MANY others RV went missing. People were not even being charged anymore. As a matter of fact, I was told by a very nice gentleman that works there; they didn't even know whos rv was whos in storage. They had to have a sheriff run the plates to help. Still, somehow they couldn't figure out any out of state plates. Then he told me that several the RV being stored looked like they were most likely meth labs and have been removed. Which boggles my mind because this place has always been beautiful, and I've never had any issues.

It is very unsettling to find out this situation. Let alone my own RV was next to be removed. I payed/trusted DeerPark RV Resort (G7 management company) with my property and sensitive information... Lost/Stolen paperwork is not acceptable and could have caused me weeks of time and stress.

Ps - The only way they found out the stored RV was mine. Was when I bought an additional one and called to let them know i was coming out to store it (Today). If that didn't happen.. Mine was next to go to recycle/dump/auction..

I was just there in the last 45 days to install a new controller for my solar.

I called the front desk and asked for the code to get it... No one mentioned anything about my RV being on a removal list at that time.

I also called the day before I bought my rv (yesterday). Inquiring about having a second one stored. No one mentioned anything. I guess 3rd time's the charm. Because that was today and it was finally mentioned.
