Will never stay here again, this was probably a nice campground in the 1990s but it hasn’t been updated since then except for the poorly placed concrete pads for a “patio”. Was given a spot that maybe a 30ft camper could get into (I have a long bed truck with a 39ft 5th wheel. Luckily the security guard told me I could park somewhere else. Was supposed to be there for a month but left after 4 days, that shows you how horrible it was. All the roads are way too small, the camp spots are not roomy at all. Not worth half of what they charge. If you are looking for a place to stay on the way to the keys, stay in an empty parking lot you’ll be better off. The pull thru 50amp sites are so small if you sit outside your camper under your awning the next persons sewer hoses are 2ft from you. The fact that it was mid January in south Florida and it was only half way full should show you I’m not the only one with bad reviews.
Amazing staff! Danny, Pat, Ish, and the ladies in the office are all super friendly and helpful. Spots are roomy and have very nice grass with a concrete pad. Awesome pool and beautiful peacocks roaming around. Location is great and makes it easy to get down to the Keys or up to Miami.
Old, sad place, absolutely not worth the rates they charge. Stayed here for a month and regret that we did. The office staff are practically zombies. Every time you go in there, you feel as if you're interrupting them. The only thing going for this place is the location. This was definitely a one-and-done visit. If we had another choice remotely close to here, we would've gone there. Very tight spots, very little care of maintaining the place, and even less care for the RVs that people bring into the park. They allowed an outside service provider to come in and sling sewer debris at my RV. And then tell me that I imagined it when I witnessed it first hand. Only a complete imbecile would slap a sewer hose on the concrete pad, aiming at my camper and then be surprised when the debris lodged in the hose jars loose and hits my camper. That's a special kind of dumb. There's way more to list, but I'm already sick of talking about this place. Will never stay here again. It's a shame though, it could be a really nice place.
We have been here for a couple of months. The ladies in the office are very friendly and helpful. The security and maintenance crew are good and friendly. Very helpful. I gave 4 stars only because the laundry facility is way outdated. With an upgrade of washer and dryers, this place is a 5 star. We have never had 1 ounce of trouble here. We hope to visit again.
