Country feel on the edge of town.
Call for reservations as Brookings is an exciting city with fun options, the city pool, golf course and shopping.
Walking the campus of SDSU is worth the time.
This is not a place for Travelers looking for a spot to park overnight in their RV. It’s a sweet park, but all the sites were reserved although 2/3 of them are empty. I guess locals book campsites for blocks of time and might only use the campsite on the weekends. I arrived on a Tuesday night, tired from travelling and was hoping to get a spot to overnight. Instead I had to overnight at the Local Walmart, which is very generous but doesn’t have the ambience. There has to be a way to ensure that a few campsites can be used by tourists in the area instead of whole place being empty but reserved.
Very nice city campground on the edge of town. Nice pull through and back in sites. Plenty of trees also.
