Sourdough Lodge

Anyone giving this place less than 5 stars in all categories is a MORON! This place is amazing, the food at the restaurant is so good, the staff is so nice, our room was so cozy and clean. We stayed two nights in one of their little kitchnette cabin rooms. Theres dish TV, wifi, electricity and a baththub. The coolest, most beautiful hot springs Ive ever seen is about a 10 minute drive away and about a 3 to 5 minute walk. Theres gas, liquor, and convienent store on site. We brought our 2yr old and 7yr old, what a blast! The restaurant also has ice cream and milkshakes!

Room are not clean at all. See pictures. Everything at the store is 2-3x more expensive than anywhere else so bring your own stuff. $22 for a case of bottled water?! Wow. No paper towels in cabins. Stayed 7 nights and no trash was picked up at all and no cleaning while we stayed there. We didn't eat at resturant bc It was so expensive. Location was great. Staff was not. They kinda act like they are annoyed, like you're bothering them.

Don’t dare ask for a milkshake because if they older lady is working, it’s VERY obvious that she is inconvenienced and says, “we are not doing ice cream today” The why do you have it??? We were there today and this is the 3rd time in a row we got this horribly rude response from her. Her customer service is atrocious at best, and she clearly hates her job. Totally done with this place; hope the owners know they are loosing customers due to her. It doesn’t matter the time of year, she gives the same service and finds an excuse to not serve children ice cream.
