The place was dirty and most of the machines were out of order. Then I tried to use two machines that said they were working and they ate my quarters. When I tried to contact the owner, or management they didn't contact me back. I wouldn't waste your time there.
Nice low income park. I lived there for a year 2016-2017 and the owners have reasonable limits but are willing to work with people that have financial problems. They have the cheapest rates in the area and that draws the lowest income people with understandable occasional undesirables. The owners and police watch the place closely and do a good job of suppressing open drug use. This a good temporary place to live but would not make a good retirement environment. Average quality on site laundry, bathrooms, and showers. The trailer spaces are very cramped with 8-10ft between trailers. Any reasonable complaint is immediately handled.
I have some friends who live here and I stop by fairly often. The management is always friendly, and really cares about the people visiting and who live there. I would like to see the place cleaned up of clutter a bit, but I know people have to work with what they got.
The people here are awesome! I've never seen landlords who care about their tenants so much! Laundromat on site, other tenants are mostly very nice also. Great place to stay! Only people I have seen who weren't happy were simply not willing to keep their rental agreements up over a very extended period of time nor work with the landlords. I give it 10 stars out of 5! Way to go Ed and Stephanie!
They are liars. They are unprofessional people. We had 2 dogs and 3 vehicles and called the office everytime we put money in their box. We had to pay extravagant power bill when we left. They do not read the meters the exact day of the month nor time. The laundromat there looks like the ceiling is about to fall. We moved from there because we were told we had to many animals, to many vehicles and harassing them. The rules they have are not for everyone. One person in there has a trailer behind his camper and multiple vehicles. Tree branches fall on your property and they do nothing to replace or repair your property. There is only grass on one side of the property. Constant problems with sewer. It took them 3 years to fix the bathroom while we were there.
