Ten Mile is small campground, a quick 48 mile drive from Boise, Idaho, along State Highway 21.
The campground is the one of three campgrounds (Bad Bear and Hayfork), a few miles past the Historic Idaho City.
This area is known for its beautiful old forest of ponderosa pine. Wildflowers abound in the summer months.
Fishing opportunities in Mores Creek and some campsites are very near the creek.
The campground sites have campfire rings, grills, picnic tables and a vault toilet. There are numerous opportunities to go hiking, biking, horseback rising and ride off-road vehicled in the area. In the winter the area is a playgound for winter sports including cross-country skiing and snowmobiling.
This is a fee campground. Fee envelopes and a collection box are provided near the entrance. Please bring cash or check. 16 sites / $15.00 per site overnight fee. Extra vehicle fees may apply.

From Idaho City travel State Highway 21 north for about 10 miles to the campground. There are signed entrances on the left and right sides of the road, as this campground is divided on either side of the highway.
Great spot for some camping, close to the highway so you have vehicle nose, but the creek is beautiful and does have fish
We really love this little campground along Hwy 21 above Idaho City. Mores Creek runs alongside the campground and has pools you can sit in to cool down on a hot summer day. Plenty of shade at most sites and brush/trees between sites allows a lot of privacy. Reservations are easy online.
Nice little camping area. There are restrooms but no showers which is fine as long as you are prepared for this type of camping. Nice stream flowing close by for those that like the sound of running water when you camp. Price is good also.
