Full timers here. Melinda & Glen super friendly & helpful. The lots are spacious & well kept. We would recommend Sonnier Parkside Village to everyone!
Landlords are strict, but in a good way. No riff-raff or people who cause drama. Good place to be, especially if you have kids. You're right on the side of a nice park.
I love the view as I like to sit & watch the cars on the Interstate 10 pass. The management here is excellent in my opinion. Also, the ppl living here are very nice ppl. All the stores like Walmart are within walking distance if you don't own a vehicle. The only thing I dislike about this RV Park is that the monthly fee of $500.00 is A LOT even though it covers all utilities & etc... Please come down on permanent (permanent residence) monthly rental fees. There use to be free WiFi here... it'd be nice to have it back again.
