NEVER USE THEIR ONLINE PARKING RESERVATIONS AND NEVER PARK THERE EXPECTING TO GET TO YOUR CONCERT ON TIME OR TO GET OUT AFTER HOURS!! We reserved a space to go to a concert and we could not get in using the info they gave us online. We had to go find an attendant, holding up the line behind us, almost making us late for an expensive concert. Then when it came time to leave the gate would not open. When we used the intercom to get help the gate would open for 5 seconds, not giving us time to get out. The whole thing was a nightmare and ruined our night.
I parked at premium parking garage P373 on O'Keefe Ave. to go to weekend brunch at Willa Jean. Before heading over I Googled parking near Willa Jean. I was directed to the Premium Parking website. It stated that 50% validation is offered at parking garage P373 when shopping or dining at The South Market District, specifically including Willa Jean. When I finished up at the restaurant I asked the server and the hosts about parking validation. All three workers stated that the restaurant does not provide parking validation at any of the surrounding garages or lots. I ended up paying $ 20 to park for a less than one hour visit. I tried informing both the restaurant and parking garage customer service about the matter. Customer service said that they could not help over the weekend. They said I had to speak with business or marketing. When transferred to that office the following week all I got was their voice mail. I have not received a response from anyone. Be careful where you park.
Whatever you do, do not park here. My car has been broken into 2 times in 1.5 months. The second time they tried to hotwire it and now it won't close. And the parking garage clearance is too low so potentially a tow truck can't even get in to tow my car. It doesn't matter which floor you park on, they attack any cars on any floor. Stay away from this place especially for overnight parking.
