Not only is management AWESOME on a business level, the Manager is even more AWESOME on a personal level! She went ABOVE and BEYOND to help with some issues I had when she didn't have to. The people here are fantastic and I love it here. The owner (s) hit the jackpot with his/her choice of Manager. Affordable and super clean.
Because you don't have. Consideration by the inhabitants and remove the locks that are in the electricity connections to be able to connect 2 ac in temperatures of 113?????
Jaunita and Morgan are management here and are very unprofessional but the park has a lot of potential and has an amazing view of the sea
I loved it when I first moved there. I did not anticipate the toll it would take on an older vehicle being 30 minutes from the nearest grocery store. Salton City has a Dollar General and family dollar....but no one can live out here without dependable transportation. There is a reason it is the cheapest place to rent.... First I never received a copy of my "owner" agreement. I was "told" I would get one but never did. We were relocated to 3 different trailers before finding the one to be ours. When we first moved in we noticed water leaking underneath. I told Juanita the manager and she said that she would be there at 6 to look at it. I was moving from Desert Hot Springs to Next to Red Earth Casino, an hour drive without any incidents. The 6 pm time Juanita told me to be there put me leaving right at rush hour. Needless to say I did not make it in time. My belongings were thrown all throughout the place and I thought my ex had done it. I discovered later that he had not. The toilet that has been there was replaced with a less qualified one. I was told that is where the leak was. The clogged toilet. Two months later it was still leaking and I informed her assistant, he said he would tell her and I waited for another e weeks, almost Thanksgiving now and the water is now coming up from the floor I knew nothing about RV's and was taken advantage of. It was the water heater leaking and had destroyed the floor from the other end of the trailer. Once discovered within a week we had a violent rainstorm, the first since we moved there, and now the roof is falling in. This has been the worst experience of my life. AVOID AT ALL COST!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE! I LOST MY HOME, MY CAR, EVERYTHING I OWNED, AND MY RELATIONSHIP. While we're were trying to move out in 115 degrees outside...our power and water was shut off. So now I am homeless and alone somewhere in the desert waiting to die. Living on social security I cannot afford anywhere else to live. DO NOT MOVE HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
They have updated the entire park alot. I gotta give them that! But the have a beautiful pool & it's never allowed to be used. They just raised the monthly rent amount! If you don't bring your own trailer, the ones that they have to offer you are not even liveable! The ONLY REASON I gave them a 3 star is bcuz of the PEOPLE LIVING there! I have a few friends that live there.
