In 2020 we toured the resort and purchased in 2 days. Big reason was the residents were so friendly. Beautiful grounds with lots of activities to keep you as busy as you want to be. Numerous pools, hot tubs, laundry facilities, 18 hole golf course, pickle ball, tennis & much more.
Wonderful Motorcoach Resort. So many things to do - golf, pickleball, tennis, water aerobics, cards, parties. Everyone was very friendly.
Absolutely amazing Motorcoach only resort in the heart of Coachella Valley. The amenities are outstanding from an 18 hole golf course to six beautiful pickleball courts, a large main pool and three satellite pools with hot tubs, clubhouse, onsite cafe for breakfast and lunch and a gym. The grounds are gorgeous and meticulously maintained. The very best part of this wonderful oasis are the people.
Best rating we can give! Full disclosure, we are biased as we are buying here. That said, the people are the best, and there are tons of activities in the beautiful resort!
The Outdoor Resort has an excellent staff servicing us owners. Of special note is Mariah Estrada who not only cheerfully interacts with us each time but puts an extra effort in helping solve any issues as they arise so any concerns are addressed immediately. It makes it so much easier to know that one has help on any issue where one is at loss.
