WARNING: they cut water off here whenever they feel like without any notice. Imagine coming home from work or waking up in the morning wanting a nice shower. Nope.

Being living here since 2007. At first the management really leave you be which means more freedom to do things like remodel, landscaping, etc. But it's also means more chaos, people were parking everywhere, ugly looking home, run-down community facilities, etc.. After the new management took over, they over hauled a lot of stuffs and policies. The park looks more organized and clean but it means you can't do certain things anymore. How you like this mobile home park will depend on your personality and living reference. For me, I like this park because it's very green and big but quiet at the same time. I don't mind the stricter rules since it weeds out the bad characters and make this community one of the safest place to live in the Bay Area. Seriously, you will rarely lose a delivered items or get your car or house break-in here if you live deep inside the park.

Update 12/2023:

I will move out of State soon. Only my parents and sister continue to live here. First of all, whose idea is it to change from Westwind to Silicon Valley Village? Westwind had such a nice identity to it instead of this stupid corporate naming. I acknowledge that there are issues with the electrical and water outage from time to time due to old infrastructures. Most of the time, it's resolved within a day. Although, I used to live in a 3rd world county, so my tolerance is higher than others. I can't speak for the new management but people complaining about being tow is just short sighted, no parking on the street has always being enforced since forever. How would you feel if everyone parks in the streets and blocks your way? As long as you don't leave your vehicles unattended, they won't tow you. For all of its issues, this mobile home park is still very livable, family and pet friendly and relatively affordable for the area. I won't be updating in the future as I don't live in this park anymore. Good luck to everyone who is still living here. I will come back to visit as long as my family still lives here.

They hire people who doesn't know what they're doing and break water line. No water for hours. Management careless how we deal without water and electricity. I would not recommend here.

The worst mobile park to live in. 30 years of problems for someone I know that has lived here. The water main and electricity have constantly gone out. I myself have been in the shower while the water was turned off without notice. These problems have been on a regular basis for 30 years. The entire mobile park residents should file a lawsuit against this place. If I could give this place minus 5 stars I would. A total loser of a mobile home park.đź‘Ž
