Welcome to Palm Desert RV Park & Resort at Silver Spur, a beautiful RV resort located in the luxurious City of Palm Desert, CA.
Accommodating RVs up to 50 feet in length, the resort offers affordable resort-style living with pristine mountain views to the RV community looking for monthly space rentals. We are conveniently located close to entertainment, shopping, Joshua Tree National Park, Coachella, Palm Springs and golf, but a dip in our pool or a walk in our desert garden will feel like you are in a private desert oasis.
Pets are welcome upon the approval of management prior to your arrival. Dogs must be 30 lbs. or less and must not be of a known aggressive breed. Please call the manager prior to booking.

We covered a news story there recently. The tenants and staff were very courteous. The park looks amazing. It didn't have that "trailer park" feel to it so our team gives it two thumbs up for the place living up to "community" in the name.
Do NOT make a reservation here! The term “reservation” means nothing to Heather, the office manager. I made a reservation 14 months in advance for the month of March 2024. Heather cancelled our reservation “ for other people who want to stay longer”.
What a way to run a business! SO unprofessional.
This community is located just outside of Bighorn C.C. and directly across the street from The Canyons. Silver Spur MHC is a quiet residential area that is we’ll maintained. Most of the residents who rent here mind their own business.
I leased a moble home in there from some snow birds for 6 month while they whey gone for the summer and it was great! Quite, clean, up by big horn right before you go into the mountains so it up high, with great views of the valley, just a great experience! I would recommend the place to anyone!
