We stayed over the summer and out of many years of heading north - this was by far the best resort we've been to! We already booked for next summer and plan to continue to come here yearly. Cabin was great and very clean and well kept - owners are amazing!

Mitch and Mara are always very welcoming hosts. It is a wonderful resort with everything a person needs. Tons of amenities, as well as a breathtaking view of Leech lake. Great fishing, swimming, and motorcycle riding in the area. The other seasonal campers are all very welcoming as well. We book a year ahead of time to reserve our spot.

Unbelievable. That's an understatement. We were in cottage 3. Plenty of room upstairs and downstairs for three families. We only had two. They have a boat landing right there, with covered slips. The lodge has a pool table. Some beers on tap and pizzas for sale. The neighbors are far enough from you. We did have a couple kids and a dog wander through our lot a few times, This was because we seem to have the best access to the lake to fish on. A little bit of a interruption but not that bad overall. I am going to give this five stars but if I were to give any type of feedback I would say the price for the boat slip was a bit more than I have paid out other places. Other places have thrown it in for free. We paid 24 a day, each family had a boat. We would stay at this location again.

Absolutely unbelievable place. The folks that run this place (Mitch and his wife) are just the nicest, most wonderful folks you'll ever meet. The cabins are perfect cabins - amazing views right on the lake, easy access to everything you need to have a wonderful stay, and they simply couldn't be any cuter. We spent a weekend here at the end of the summer with some friends and we wanted to stay a week. Very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful sunrises right out your front window, easy boat rental, very nice firewood, and all the kitchen stuff you need to make your meals. Our cabin (#2) was huge - dining room table easily big enough for our group of six to play games all night. There's a group of folks that hang out each evening by the main lobby - grillin and chillin and having a grand old time. One of the very best weekends away that we've ever had.

Location is 5 minutes to town. And 5 minutes to the narrows and protected bay fishing on an estimated 10,000 acresof 100,000 acre lake. Plenty of water for perch, walleye, musky. Cabins are awesome and on the water. You park your boat in a protected harbor not at the cabin dock. To top it off Mitch and Mara are congenial and helpful hosts. Helped us out with numerous boat problems over the years. Laid back but concerned about your stay being smooth and pleasant.
