Wow, what an amazing weekend! The campground is gorgeous and well maintained with countless "easter eggs" that make it truly unique. From four wheeling on the many trails, to canoeing out to a large beaver dam, our short weekend was jam packed with fun. The cabin was clean and had all the amenities including a wrap-around porch overlooking a scenic valley and a huge double shower. The owners were extremely friendly and made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. Itasca state park is a short drive away and we finished out trip by crossing the head waters. We will be back soon!
Such a wonderful getaway peaceful quiet and relaxing! Enjoyed fishing in the small Lake with a supplied boat and tackle. Caretakers are wonderful! Book direct when you can and help a small business save their fees with big online resellers.
Absolutely beautiful place to camp! Owners are super nice and the place is very well kept and completely full of anything you may need for the full camping experience
Because it has been so dry we did experience a bit of an ant issue in our tent. We spent our last night in the aborable rustic cabin and that was very cozy! The grounds and the trails are beautiful!
