RV spots feature individual fire rings, picnic table, gravel parking pad, grass camping area, hook ups for water and power (20 amp). Showers are available for $5 per person. $20 per night (October-April water only available from hookup on pump house)

This is the best lodge ever! The rooms are cozy, comfortable, and quiet. The views are absolutely gorgeous. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. We come here often and don’t plan on stopping!!
Outstanding in every respect. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Gourmet food at the restaurant. Amazing views. Most friendly service you can think of. Every detail in the room, surroundings and restaurant has been smartly thought through. The owner Mark goes out of his way to make sure your stay is the most pleasant and memorable. We had a problem with the tire and were on the verge of having rest of our vacation ruined. Mark was so helpful in getting us help and we didn’t miss a thing. I highly recommend everyone this place. This place should be a case study for entrepreneurs about how to run a business. Best kept secret in Alaska!!
We stayed in cabin 5 on 9/1/23. It was clean, had everything (coffee fridge & microwave) we needed and great views. Had dinner in the restaurant. This was hands down the best food we had in our two weeks in alaska. Every employee we came into contact with was polite and helpful. Took the helicopter flight to the glacier pool with Mark. It was our first helicopter trip and it was great. Highly recommend Sheep Mountain lodge, restaurant, and air.
Cute little cabin near Matanuska Glacier. The view from cabin is amazing in the winter. There was a binocular provided in the room for us to look at the mountains, possibly spot a wildlife:)
Mark, the owner, was amazing, very responsive to our messages. Replied quickly and was very helpful when our car got stuck in snow in front of the cabin area. Overall, loved our stay here :)
Sheep Mountain Lodge is Beautiful!
Mark the owner is an amazing person! Extremely professional, extremely knowledgeable of the surroundings, very safety minded and a super great guy! We will continue to go back to Sheep Mountain for new adventures!
My family has been there multiple times. A Helicopter ride which we landed on the glacier, a very stoic once in a life time moment, pictures that are unbelievable!
Ryan, a fellow co-owner took us on a spectacular Snow Machine ride another day.
Ryan follows Mark in safety awareness, professionalism, knowledge of the glacier and Alaska terrain. Ryan led us on an amazing snow machine ride and for some breathtaking scenery! Ryan is “Mr.Moose” as he lead straight past 3-4 different moose a couple of time during the trip which allowed us more memorable pictures! We look forward to going out with Ryan again on another adventure in the future!
Finally, if you’re still reading this!? Mark & Ryan took us out for a very unique trip to an Ice Cave! How many people have EVER actually been inside one of those??? The beauty is simply overwhelming and leaves you with both a loss for words and pictures and memories that will last you a lifetime! The beauty is literally unbelievable!

Our cabin we’ve stayed at is always very clean and well prepared, not to mention spectacular views! Room service out to our cabin through the snow, are you kidding me! Food was all freshly prepared, delivered hot and tasted great!
We’ll be back!!!
