Beach access nearby, not too far out of town, but still woodsy camping. New owners, will be making upgrades this year & next. Book in advance for your stay, or drop by & see if space is available. Rates are not super high. 😃👍

It was nice to be able to reserve a spot. It doesn't really have flushing toliets. The ones the one they do have is not private from the showers. It has one for men and one for women. A lot of the time, there was no TP or towels. The floor around the toliet is spongee. There are showers, but they are really dirty. If you do an RV hook up, the water is brown, you have water on one side, electricity on the other side and it pumps out sewage water in front of your trailer. Supposedly the people running it just bought it last year so someone may want to give it a shot in 2024 and see if it has improved. After the way I was treated by the woman I would not return.

Camped there during dipnetting season 2023. Camp sites are nice. The rest of the place is odd. The owners have shops and homes on the property. Bathrooms consist of a single facility with plumbing that is dirty, poorly maintained and oddly laid out, there’s also portapotties that were full to the brim with you know what and no TP. Lastly the owner made our visit uncomfortable by causing drama.

I have camped here on several occasions and found the owners to be kind, considerate and accommodating in every way. The sites are in a nice wooded area close to town, beaches and both rivers. Perhaps the bathrooms are a bit rustic but there are hot showers. If storing I would feel safe leaving anything due to the excellent security.

Nice spot tucked in the woods close to the beach. Mostly dry camping with some full hookup spots. There was firewood when I was there which we made us of, peaceful place to roast some marshmallows. The bathroom situation could use some work since it is an old place, but they were certainly clean when we were there. Maybe that other gal used it after some messy kids or something. It doesn't sound like she stayed so I am not sure how well she can say it was maintained or not. We stayed 2 weeks around the same time as her review and the bathrooms are old but fine. Maybe she should stick to luxury glamping, but it doesn't sound like she can afford it.

WE enjoyed our stay.
