I stayed at Sedona Views for 10 months. It does have amazing views… and sometimes you wake up in the clouds !! Kathy and her staff are awesome. I would have given 4.5 stars if able.

I ride mountain bikes and dirt bikes so having trails that lead right up to the fence is awesome. Never had an issue with the staff. The coffee available in the office is great…. Unless you drink decaf like I do. Never used the laundry there… just figured that’s a lot of people always trying to do it. Only issues I ever had was 1)when people cut through your site… especially when walking their dogs or going to the dumpster. 2) When the dumpsters are full people still try stuffing more in…. And that usually ends up on the ground.

Overall… A very clean, well maintained place. Views can be very nice … especially when there’s snow up in Flagstaff. Short drive to Walmart and also Downtown Cottonwood. Rabbits are around. Coyotes are out at night. Beautiful stargazing area. Mingus Mountain area is a fun play area too !! Nice place to stay for a while !!

I don’t want to leave 🥲. The views…the views..the views. I’ve stayed at a lot of rv parks but never with these incredible views. Ok enough about the views, I think you get the point. Sedona View sits high on bluff just south of Cottonwood AZ. Very intelligently designed park that can accommodate the monster RVs. The sites are massive and level. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We showed up 2 hours ahead of checkin thinking we’d just hangout in our rv at the gate, but they completely scrapped those rules and guided us to our incredible site. Ask for site 3, simply the best. The park is simple which makes it so perfect in my opinion. We really liked their laundry facilities. It’s designed with timed access codes, that you can buy for a day/ week/ month. It was easily the cleanest and most modern laundry facility with new, high tech machines, air-conditioned, and even had a tv you could watch while you waited. I would love to spend at least a month here to really explore the Sedona area. Truly an amazing part of Arizona.

We really enjoyed our short stay here. We had a beautiful spot. It was level and the hook ups were great. Cathy was awesome. Such a nice, wonderful person. I also like the fact that it’s a1/2 hour away from downtown Sedona, which is crazy congested with traffic. Way more than you’d think. The RV park was quiet and there are awesome views. I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sedona View. Originally, we were only staying for a week, but we loved it so much we made Sedona View our home base for 5 weeks.

We've stayed at numerous parks over the past few years and this is one of our favorites. While there are not many amenities, they are perfect for us: wifi, laundry, mail room, and dog bags.

Sedona View is not only centrally located to so many things, the views are absolutely gorgeous. We love how quiet and peaceful staying here truly is.

The laundry room is immaculate, the views incredible, and the new management is top notch.

We were not ready to leave and cannot wait to come back.

This was our first time staying at Sedona View. It is a beautiful place to stay and the views are spectacular. Sarah was very helpful and pleasant to work with. When we arrived to our site, it was a large pull thru. It was on the side of the hill and would require a lot of levelling blocks, so Sarah helped us relocate. The second spot was also very unleveled. We had to use five sets of levelling blocks for our Class C (see photo) It worked out, but wouldn’t want to do this longer than three days which we were scheduled for. It didn’t bother us to there were no showers or restrooms, as we prefer to use our own. But if you had an issue with your shower or toilet, what would you do?? It is a very nice RV park, very quiet and clean. The staff was great to work with. I like the short drive to Cottonwood which we enjoyed. Great, quaint little town. Our suggestion would be to take a few of the unleveled sites in the middle as you come in to the area and use for a shower/restroom building or activity center.
