Stayed here overnight and visited the standing on the corner park. The staff was super friendly. The park was very clean and it was not very expensive. In fact, it wasn’t expensive at all. Felt safe and secure there all night long.
If it had a restaurant or store on site, I'd give it five stars. It may deserve five anyway as the owners are so very friendly and accommodating. As first time RVers they were very patient and helpful with all our questions and needs. Mind you, this is a bare minimum RV park, is in it's pretty much just a spot to hook up, park, and get rest for the night. It's mostly all dirt and very few trees. They do have bathrooms with showers which were very decent. If in the area in the future, we'd stay here again.
Great RV Park in Winslow! Very reasonable rates, especially with Passport America discount. The Host Dave and his Wife Jo are some of the nicest and friendliest people we have met on the road. Easy sense of humor and excellent customer service. We also met the owner who is making great improvements to the park. The best part is that it's only 15 minutes away from McHood Park Reservoir. An amazing destination for swimming, fishing, kayaking and gorgeous views for picnics. We thought we would only be stopping through to save some cash and break up our driving time. Instead we found an Oasis of fun and friendliness!
