Amazing place with amazing amenities. Lots for everyone to do and still feels like it's not overcrowded. This being my first time, I was aware of the time constraints we would encounter. The golf cart rental place closed at 4, so we lost out on our first day of rental due to showing up shortly after 4pm. Being in phase 3 means you've got at least a 10 minute ride to the main attractions. The bathrooms and showers in phase 3 are amazing! Fair trade for the adults.
A truely amazing place to see the community that has been established here. I seen their map of the location but it doesn't do it justice of what they have built. Would definitely suggest to anyone to check it out for yourself.
Sandy Pines is one of the last wholesome places on earth, Great people/neighbors. Its safe for our children to grow and play. would not hesitate to try it out. You wont regret it!
Very nice place more like a city than a campground. The public service staff at the gate we pretty rude even though there were 3 of the and 2 were on their phones. Campsites are on the pricey side, but all the amenities are great.
We love it here. My in-laws have a place in Sandy Pines and we visit almost yearly. Inexpensive ice cream cones (soft serve) are a family treat.
Slow pace of life. There is a water park with a pool, water slide, and water toys. An adult only pool as well. Mini-golf.
Independence day fireworks are fantastic. We missed them this year, but years prior we watched and they are great, I envision the battles taking place to defend our freedom as the booms and flashes consume my eyes and ears.
