Fun family camping at a reasonable price, located between Lansing and Grand Rapids.
This was our 4th time going here for a little close to home winter getaway. My family loves this place, but upon eating breakfast, we had a rat join us in the dining area. The female employees were scared so I opened the door and got it out. I would give a 5 star but after this experience with my kids screaming during breakfast, I’m not sure we’ll return.
The restaurant was recommended by the hotel we stayed at so we decided we would try it. Our dinner was amazing. We did not stay here but are planning a family trip here soon
Absolutely filthy. My kids were slipping everywhere because the floor all throughout the water park was so grimy and slippery. Their knees were literally black! The bathroom had puddles of urine all over and around the toilet, trash and towels in the shower. I’m so disgusted and it cost me $75. Will never be back and will warn my family and friends!
Great location, rooms were big and restaurant food was delicious. It’s a nice place if you don’t mind kids running up and down the halls after midnight playing hide and seek. When I did finally fall asleep, I was woken up at 4 AM to a scratching sound behind the end table between the beds. Turns out we had a mouse join us. I pulled the table back and there were empty candy bar wrappers behind the end table. The staff didn’t really seem to care. Not sure how this place stays in business with a mouse infestation. Should have read the reviews! Never again!
The water park needs some major TLC power washing and major cleaning. The bathroom in there was absolutely disgusting. The kids had lots of fun but we will not be back.
The restaurant had good pizza. Staff up front were very nice.
