The RV Retreat was a great place to stay in Colorado. Less than an hour from Denver, Boulder, and Rocky Mountain National Park just to name a few of the places we spent our time. What a great price too! While other parks are charging $1200+ per month, RV retreat is around $800 for the month. The manager, Justin, and staff are nice, hardworking folks. You can tell they are putting a lot of effort into sprucing up the park. Staying at RV Retreat is well worth it!

These great professionals expected me to pay rent in December of 2022 while there was a 20ft wide sewage spill outside my door smelling to high heaven. The sewage blockage also made it impossible to dump my tanks because when I opened the valve sewage would actually come up through my hose and INTO my black tank. Office lady was extremely nasty and got very angry at me for telling them that this was a problem.. I moved out January 3rd after the sewage sat there for two weeks and then they hit my credit report saying I owe them rent. Very nice place to stay if you like health hazards that are addressed by pouring ice melt salts on top of sewage spills. Kind of like in the movie big daddy when he puts newspapers on top of piles of vomit. I wish I could give 0 stars. Thanks for hitting my credit. This post can come down after you remove that off of my credit report you. Thanks for the most unprofessional rental of my life. Thank God I had a way out. Unbelievably unprofessional and disgusting place.

I moved my tiny house in April 2023. I am so thrilled I ended up here. The community of people are great! Management cares and is involved in the park, striving to hold community activities to bring us closer together. Improvements are made every day. Things are clean, maintenance is AMAZING! These folks go out of their way to help with problems even if it's something outside of their scope. I hope to sau for a long time here!

This place has new management recently and has changed since all of the old reviews on Google. I recommend looking at the most recent for the most accurate reviews.

Most sites have a concrete picnic table. Plenty of large sites. The staff is helpful and courteous. Snow plowing is a bit slow. No reservations, first come, first serve and they are a monthly/full-time park only.

Their map is outdated, no gym but there is a pool and a playground. They will let you know if your site is too messy to keep the place from looking like a dump. I had no issues for the 3 months we were there.
