I hate to do this review because I never want to speak badly about people or their business, but I think it's important for someone such as myself who is looking to relocate to the area from another state, in conjunction to seeking a long term park be aware of what your getting in to. Unfortunately, the owners are not nice despite myself trying to kill them with kindness. After three bad interactions with the owner, I left a half months rent on the table just to get out of the situation. I really wanted it to work but the owners are no good to rent an RV spot from. The property is nice but that's it!!

Winnie & Glen are nice hosts. Site #12 is right on Chicago Creek so all you hear is water:) Quiet park. Close to downtown Idaho Springs. Not far from scenic drive to Mt. Evans. About 1/2 hr drive to Denver. Would love to visit again. NO BATHHOUSE OR LAUNDRY however.

I was here for a month. Never again. The site next to the stream was nice. I asked when I called about the Wi-Fi and they said it was good. It was anything but. I'd get a signal to their system but the internet went out constantly. I depend on it for my work. The hookups were good. The website says they have spacious RV sites. The site I was in was nice, but most of them are good crammed in there like a parking lot. If you going just to relax and enjoy the area, it may be okay to stay. They expect all cash for everything. So I gave them $1,050 in cash and then the guy asked me if I wanted to receipt - Yes, of course I want a receipt. The stream that runs through is nice, but when you combined it with the whole experience it just was not worth it to me. I had to go into town just about every day so I could do some of my business via the internet. For me that was a key thing. you don't have cell service in there either, although with a booster I was able to use my phone. There's no amenities at this camp, and it's mostly long-term people in single wide trailers. The owners could use some people skills, especially the male owner, He was kind of grumpy. Too bad because they have The potential to have a really nice camp there. I do have to say they maintain the place well. It was clean and manicured. I can see they work hard at keeping that up.

Pros: The grounds are so beautiful! Super close to town, and to Mount Evans. The managers are very sweet, too.

Cons: No laundry room, and the internet is not good. We used a booster and were able to stream TV/movies, but went a co-working space in Golden to get work done. There are cafes in Idaho Springs where you can work, but it's pretty touristy and you always have to pay for parking.

Owners are rude. Especially the older man. The spots are so small. Rent is 1050 plus electric. It's a good location and it's quiet
