Stayed early Oct. Was given a site where to hook up to electric/water our camper was backwards. Asked for a proper site and only available was their overflow site which are sites basically in the middle of the hotel parking. They actually charged us extra $ because they were Full hook up sites.(Really!) Campers are on top of each other. We had to drive to bathrooms/showers. Campground is in a great location to Bryce, but improvements in the sites and customer service could definitely be improved upon. We booked this Campground very far out and should have been given decent site. We camped 2 weeks and this was the only place that disappointed.

Friendly staff and an incredibly convenient location right outside the Bryce entrance. Great value for money but the shower house is pretty run down and the 1.5 hr cleaning closure each day seemed excessive. Extremely quiet in late October.

RV sites were large enough to park both the 5th wheel and truck in the camp spot. We had a pull through site in the newer section of the resort. Very nice grass area. Plenty of places to walk the dog. This is a large RV Resort with both RV and Tent camping spots. Ruby's is very close to Bryce Canyon National Park. The park shuttle will pick up very close to the front of the resort. When we return to Bryce Canyon National Park, we will definitely stay at Ruby's again.

Stayed in the rustic cabins. Clean, except floor but it is rustic so wear shoes indoors. Cozy and the heater worked well. Little bench on the porch and had a fire ring and picnic table. Washrooms were close by and were Clean, but very dated and needed up renos. Showers were

clean and laundry facilities were great.

The staff in every part of the facility has a wonderful attitude of helpfulness and eagerness to provide outstanding customer service.

The grocery side of the store is quite well stocked, the souvenir side has a vast assortment of quality products, and the restaurant was VERY good in every aspect.

Truly a great place to serve as a getaway and base for enjoying the Bryce area!
