Very friendly service, old and rustic small cabins on a nice lake property. Our short stay was notable for lots of quiet, and a comfortable bed but lacking a few hospitality basics in the cabin, no soap, no coffee, etc. Likely the owners would have helped us out or we could have bought provisions from the resort store, but we were not there long enough to find out. It's obvious this is a place where families come to stay for a week at a time.
This an amazing place. It is a great place to go fishing, having a blast in the water, and relaxing. I have been going to this resort for a long time and the people that run it are always been very kind and are great people to know. The lake itself is beautiful, and with the cannoes and boats are great to take out on it. I whole hearted recommend this for anyone wishing to enjoy a nice weekend or trip on a nice lake.
Our family and extended family have been tenting here for the past 8 to 9 years. Floyd and the staff have always been courteous and great. The resort provides modern bathrooms and laundry room, pontoon/boat rentals, beach area, playground, basketball and pickleball courts, and numerous trails you can go hiking on. Wouldn't replace this resort with any other for our annual trip.
Visited my Niece and Nephew for a birthday party, so didn't use any room. Nice quiet place. Lots of room.
My family has been vacationing at Round Bay for years! This is a beautiful resort, and very well maintained! The Frank family has been so beautiful to host everyone and make us feel like part of their family!
