A true hidden gem in Duluth! Ten minutes from Canal Park, but you feel like you're truly "Up North." Easy check in, hosts who are quick to communicate, and the cutest little cabins. They're wonderfully accommodating to pet parents and the view of Superior is spectacular. We're already planning our next visit to this new found slice of Duluth paradise!

Excellent small cabin with great view of Lake Superior. A short walk from Brighton Beach. Cabins are duplexes. Some neighbor sounds but not bad. Highly recommend.

The cabins are small but cozy. They allow pets too which is amazing. You feel like you're in a small neighborhood with a community of pet lovers. The rooms were clean and comfortable too. We came for our anniversary and were surprised by how much we loved it.

When deciding on a location to stay in this area you have plenty of options. Some high priced with 5 star amenities and some a bit more rustic. For our needs I would gladly stay here again!! The location is absolutely great for jumping around the Duluth area up to Grand Marias.

There is what looks like an ongoing renovation project which for some might be an eye sore but we appreciate businesses putting time and effort into updating, only means we will have more units available next time we go!

The cottage we stayed in was clean and had a very nice smell upon arrival, wish we asked what they were cleaning with. I dig it. We had everything we needed. A comfy bed with plenty of sheets and blankets, a futon, a nice sized shower with great water pressure and a nice kitchen to go along with the stay. That ice box in the fridge is no joke! cold!!!

The host was friendly!! Wish we had more time to get to know them. We were on a rock mission however. Next time.

I will give a bit of a warning. If you decide to venture down the embankment to the small beach in front of the cottage only do so after a nice dry period or if just skilled with navigating that type of terrain. I decided to travel down with my kids the morning after a good rain and learned my lesson about wet clay. We were stuck down there with no cell phone and the way we took down was too dangerous to get back up...My wife looked at it from up top after the fact and had the same thought as I did..."it doesn't look so bad from up here" Clinging on to thin roots, slipping on the wet clay and the slate rock, barely getting my fat self back up was something I'll never forget. Stick to the main beaches if you can. Haha! Adventure 5/5

Super affordable spot to stay, convenient to Duluth and the north shore. Small but clean and comfy. Nice lake view, quiet and nicely maintained. Should update their Google info: There is no gift shop or liquor store, and it is not 80 miles from Duluth--more like 8.
