We were at Jackpot Junction for a concert. Venue was nice size, easy to see band, large screens, sound level was good. We also ate at the event buffet. Staff were friendly and efficient to get people in. Food options tasted good but limited in choice. The design does not work well for a crowd only 1 long line as everything is on 1 side and close together.
Warning..if you don't like smoke don't go here..entire casino is smoking including bingo..poor ventilation and the worst casino in MN for air quality. Hotel rooms clean but dated and they do not have a microwave or fridge so pack a cooler. Bed was soft and lumpy. I am surprised that there have been no improvements over the last few years.
Excellent hospitality! Wowza!! We play in Coconut 🌴 Tiger band and wow we just love the professional staff, the people, all of it. What an excellent experience this was coming to Jackpot Junction for the first time! Thank you 🙏 for spoiling us Jackpot Junction ! -Nina crash
Usually jackpot is a very family friendly place to stay .. however this experience was kinda upsetting. For one - to get to our suite we had to walk down the hall they are doing construction on so shoes got all dusty, no lock on our bathroom door , and our jacuzzi was DIRTY!!! We also had some drunk guys next door and they were loud and obnoxious. Also the service sucks as far as phone service unless you’re standing next to a good window . And the motel room alarm went off at 6,7,and 8am
Jackpot Junction was a really fun place. The food and service in the restaurant were both great. The only downfall is that the hotel rooms don't have refrigerators. There was no place to keep my leftovers from dinner. The meal was fantastic, but the portion was large and it was sad to have to toss what I couldn't eat!
