I was fortunate to spend the season with the best neighbors. The people who own spots in this park dislike renters - like me. As a result there are stupid rules that only renters have to abide by. Pretty area with all amenities close by. I still recommend staying here if you can get a spot.

Very peaceful, riverfront lots with beautiful amenities. Property is very well kept, feels like you’re in northern Minnesota yet close to the metro, truly a little piece of heaven! Love the friends we have made here❣️

This is our first year experiencing the park. It's really a hidden gem. The park seems well-managed and well maintained. You can hear some freeway noise but it's not bad. Most campers have been coming here a long time, which says a lot. People are friendly and down to earth. Family oriented.
