You'll be enjoying a 40-foot trailer located on 11 acres of land with private entrance and all necessities to be comfortable, including WIFI, heat/AC, hot water, bathroom, FRESH AIR, and so much more.
You can glamp in style or you can go off grid and enjoy the peacefulness. We aim to ensure our guests are happy with their stay either way.
Please note that the trailer is designed for 2 adults/2 children or up to 3 adults/1 child. If you have a special arrangement for your family, just message us, and we will see what we can do.
We have a log cabin mailbox with a very colorful rooster ontop. Our gate has Frosty and Santa on the poles.
My three friends and I once again enjoyed our stay at the Roscoe Retreat. The cabin is just so comfortable, clean, and roomy. The Nespresso machine and pods are nice for a morning or afternoon Espresso. We enjoy the solitude of the location, yet it also allows quick access to Roscoe, fishing, hiking, or just exploring the Catskills. The owner is very responsive to any needs. Thanks and we'll see you again soon.

Just Did a much needed family getaway at Roscoe house. The home is so warm and inviting. If you like getting away from city rush then this place is where you can relax.
Fresh clean mountain air, waking up early and sitting on the the back deck with coffee in hand watching the sunrise is so peaceful. Definitely planning my next trip. And I highly recommend it, And yes pet friendly.

This is a perfect getaway cabin in the Catskills. My friends and I enjoyed it very much. The cabin has many facilities: hot tub, grills, fire pit, fire place, and fully equipped kitchen! We cooked every meal there and didn’t leave the property at all!
Kevin was great at response. He always answers our questions patiently and promptly. We had a great time here and we will be back!
We had a two week stay at Roscoe Retreat in September for a family vacation. (Visiting from the UK) We all loved the cabin and the area. So peaceful with lots of wildlife. Watching the deer in the garden was such a treat. The cabin was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Local amenities very good with supermarket just 20 min drive away and the fantastic Roscoe Diner just down the road in town. Can’t think of anything negative to say about it. Just perfect 👍🏻
