Recommended by my building, they came twice to service the same unit. The techs were unable to diagnose the issue. The first time they stated the unit was undercharged and charged it. The second visit they stated that the unit was overcharged and had to relieve some pressure. Unit never got fixed after two pricey visits.

They guarantee their work and If they tried to fix something that did not work, they never charge additional. The service staff that came a few days ago, were polite and efficient. They took off their shoes by the door ( which I really appreciated) and went about their work quietly and efficiently.
