Beautiful campground on the upper Wisconsin River. Quiet, well maintained, showers, many different camping options from walk-in tent sites to full hookups for large RV's. Canoe and kayak rentals, shuttle service, kayak sales on a beautiful undeveloped stretch of river. Scenic with wildlife viewing opportunities, there are numerous paddling length options to choose from. Disc golf and walking trails that double as crosscountry ski trails in the winter. Jeff and Marcia Rohr are gracious hosts. I would recommend their operation to a friend.

The owners, Jeff and Marcia are wonderful people, I'm fortunate to have stayed at their CG from 9-2-21 to 9-6-21. RWT Campground is like no other, it's a private campground that has the look, feel and atmosphere of a State Park. They had planned and executed a CG design that embraces the hills, rivers, and forest.

I highly recommend RWT CG if your camping style is "off the beaten path" then RWT Campground is waiting for you. RWT has all the camping arrangements; from walk in tent sites overlooking the Wisconsin River, walk in forest canopy, to savanna style. For travel trailer and motorhome style there are electric, water, and sewer sites.

The park has miles of hiking, biking, and cross country ski trails. Canoe & kayak rentals available for a paddle down the Wisconsin River, launched from the park.. Also for fun there is a Frisbee golf course too.

This is NOT a complete review of all the features and amenities offered by RWT CG, just a short list as experienced personally.

Beautifully kept campground bordering on the upper Wisconsin River. I’m a tent camper who couldn’t have been happier with my quiet and secluded site. The extensive hiking/skiing trail system and 18 hole frisbee golf course are a nice bonus. And the location is very convenient to a lot of the natural attractions of northern Wisconsin and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.

Beautiful well kept grounds and good sized level full hook up sites. Owners were very friendly and helpful. We (my husband, 2 kids, 7 & 8, and I) stayed for 3 nights and 2 full days and enjoyed ourselves. We rented 2 person kayaks for 2hours and were given very thorough instructions since we were beginners. Beautiful river and even saw some wildlife. Plenty of lakes and ATV trails very close. Well kept walking trails and a frisbee golf course right on site, too. Thanks for a great get away!

Amazing campsite! The owners are so down to earth and very pleasant to deal with. The area is so beautiful and peaceful. We definitely have found our home away from home. Definitely a spot to check out. They have nature walks (blueberry and raspberry picking) tubing and frisbee golfing. Bathrooms and showers available. A hidden gem in the Northwoods!
