Welcome to Peaceful Pines Resort in Eagle River, WI. If you are looking for something outside of the “theme park” campground experience, look no further, this is the place for you. Peaceful Pines is just as it sounds, peaceful, quiet, serene camping surrounded by the majestic pines of the north woods. We are a small, family-run campground that encourages mature, respectful campers. We offer full hookup campsites for RVs and modern, rustic-style cabins. There are on-site handicap accessible facilities, and you can find a variety of items at our Camp Store. Feel free to reach out to your host, Chris, for any and all information or requests you may have.
I am SUPER late in leaving this review (sorry Chris). Our family stayed here for our week long camping trip last summer. What an amazing find (thanks to friends of ours who were there the week prior). Chris the owner is so friendly, easy to talk to, hospitable and happy to be there! He didn't even mind that we popped in the office/store while he was eating dinner (I think there was a closed sign), chatted with us like we've been friends for years! He is a local so knows the area well.
The campground truly is peaceful (and piney 🌲🌲🌲😁), clean, beautiful and each site is unique with cute decorations everywhere. There is a very nice lake/park down the street that is a nice walk from the campground. We cannot wait to come back!!
Shout out to Chris and his amazing staff at Peaceful Pines Resort. If you want to get away to the north woods we highly recommend it. The campground is immaculate, the cabins are cozy, and it’s adjacent to walking trails and Eagle Lake (Chain of Lakes). Great Restraunt’s nearby and the wildlife sightings are 😍 🦌 🦅 🐿️ 🌲.
Peaceful Pines Resort is such a special place - we highly recommend it for your stay in northern Wisconsin! The cabins are adorable and so thoughtfully furnished, the camping sites are equally charming. It's clear that lots of careful planning and attention have gone into making this resort a one of a kind. The staff were so helpful, knowledgeable, and considerate. Can't wait to come back, and bring more friends!
Such a cute cabin! The grounds were beautiful as well. So much wild life right at our cabin windows. Unfortunately no snow when we came up. Highly interested in camping here in the summer. I was looking forward to visiting their camp store, which was closed all weekend (given the off season and no snow, I understand). Owners were very accommodating and went above and beyond to answers.
