We will never stay at this campground again first off the website says one price the owner tells you a different price will not honor the website's price even though it's still not updated and we stayed there almost 2 months ago and she said it was not updated when it clearly says on there season 2023. Mosquitoes are absolutely terrible the campground is in a swamp she calls it a woods but it's absolutely a swamp there's water standing all over the place in the woods. Which is a swamp not a woods. Then she wanted to charge us $10 per person to take a shower when you go to other campgrounds it's free if you rent a spot most of the time all state campgrounds are free I highly I highly recommend no one ever stay at this place highway robbery and then she drives around all the time looking at you when you're trying to relax feel like I'm in preschool
One of the prettiest campground I have stayed at, beautiful / relaxing with very clean toilets & showers !
If you like nature, this is the place, eagles and loons all day !
The host could not be any nicer, a pleasure to stay here.
We loved our experience at Broken Bow! Amazing service, beautiful views, and lots of fish! (We caught 80 in one day on their FREE kayaks) We will be back for sure! Short 15 minute drive to Minocqua. Carolyn is amazing, thank you for everything.
We’ve been tent camping at Broken Bow since the 70’s, came back with our kids in the 80’s, and now they’re bringing their kids to this awesome campground! And we’re camping there with our RV now. They really know how to give outstanding service and everything is always spotless! Thank you, Carolyn for so many great summers!
Absolutely gorgeous campground and facilities. Extremely well maintained property & bathroom/shower facilities. It was evident that the owners take pride in their property by the professionalism displayed & personal touches offered. The peaceful setting on a gorgeous lake was breathtaking.
