Had an amazing time with my son elk hunting and yes the lake has so man snags that I caught a fish and as soon as he bit my fly it was tangled in a snagged line under the the water. That was the end of the fishing part at snag lake
I saw a place to take the kids little trail connects the two lakes it's peaceful usually no tweakers lol
Nice, lakeside campground with a restroom. Each campsite has a picnic table and a fire pit. The road was a little difficult to get up in our campervan but not too bad, just had to take it really slow. And free with discover pass! Would stay again.
