This was our second stay at this RV resort and it will be our last. The onsite manager Cindy is a tyrant. She is rude, unprofessional and shows no understanding of how to treat customers. In reading the other reviews, this seems to be a trend that the owner seems to not do anything about.

The RV park is conveniently located and because of that we booked a spot with some friends to enjoy a weekend together - both in our Class A RVs. However almost immediately we had a run in with Cindy (the onsite manager). My husband parked in front of our RV to unload groceries and within a couple of minutes Cindy came pounding on our door to tell us that we could not park in the street. My husband told her he was not parking there but he was unloading groceries but she just kept telling him that he could not park in the street - he again told her he wasn't but she was extremely aggressive. Later in the day we had friends come in from Seattle and were staying across the street at the hotel. They drove over to pick the four of us up to go wine tasting - they pulled up in front of our RV and we immediately told them to pull into the open RV spot next to us so we could get in and go and so we wouldn't get in trouble for them stopping on the street. They were literally in the space for less than 5 min before Cindy came flying down the road in her golf cart telling us we were in violation of parking rules and she got out and started taking pictures of our friends car and license plate. We told her we were leaving and she didn't care to even listen to what we had to say. She told us we would be fined because she had already warned us about parking. Mind you - our friends car was in an EMPTY space right next door, still running and we were getting ready to leave.

After we returned that day I approached Cindy to talk about the confrontation earlier in the day and her attitude toward us. Let me just say that it did not go well. She lied about everything and accused us of not complying with the parking rules - which we clearly did because we never "parked" our truck anywhere but by the office where she told us to when we checked in. She is someone who loves the power she gets from being in charge and knows NOTHING about customer service. I called the owner and she showed up that evening to talk to us. I told her about the confrontation and how Cindy had been harassing us from the day we pulled in. I got no apology but was told that all guests have to register their vehicle at the front office so if we have friends coming again we need to meet them up at the office, not have them pull in the resort. The owner was nice but unapologetic for how Cindy had treated us.

Spaces are limited to outside entertainment - one picnic table between two spots, more rules than amenities and a tyrant of an onsite manager who is just waiting for a reason to voice her authority. Read all the reviews before booking, I promise you'll thank me later!!

Update 8/14/23: In seeing the response from the owner/manager below it justifies everything I posted in this review - clueless to what customer service is about and will lie to get you to believe that it was all my fault when almost every review on this and other websites paint the same picture. This has nothing to do with "entitlement" but everything to do with customer service and common sense.

Ironically, the owner Jeanette Nelson actually called my husband on 8/1/23 and told him that Cindy "was no longer employed" after our reviews were posted. My husband offered that we would delete the review if she refunded the $114 violation charge and she told him that she needed to "discuss it with her staff" and she would get back to him. As of today she has never replied back thus the review stays. The lies written below should be a warning for anyone looking to book at this RV Resort - DON'T DO IT!!

This is a great RV park. The grounds are really kept nice. One lady that works in the office needs to learn some manners though...very rude to my friend giving me a ride home with groceries. The park was empty and there was no need to act like she did.

We have stayed here twice. This location made it easy to meet friends for a wine weekend. I would love for each site to have a bit more space - it's a bit crowded, but we didn't spend much time at the campground. We will surely use this spot again next year.

Beautiful park. Great location. Cindy was very nice and went out of her way to be helpful. I would stay here again.
