It a good place to camp the only thing is that they don’t lets us use any power outlet but everything else was a good experience. Recommend

I didn’t see a mention of this anywhere but no tent camping is allowed during the week. And the bathrooms which were mentioned several times are shut down. I know this site is in the adventure cycling map but not really set up for a great experience. It does beat the roadside, and the grounds are nice.

We arrived late in the day looking for a place to stay the night... they're restoring the lawn ... so tents are not allowed as of August 25/2022 the main restrooms are closed but they have porter potties available... except for the constant train traffic (on both sides of the river) is a good place to sleep. Got a chance to see an amazing sunrise...

Beautiful area.

Unfortunately there has been a water problem. Fixed partially the grass is coming back. Now trying to get restrooms open.

Its been rough for the Roosevelt Park. But they are working on it.

This little park is beautiful. Lots to do.

Just need some TLC a bit of PATIENCE and some PRAYERS as well.

The swimming area used to be great for kids. Not sure if all the sand got washed away. Park is nice. The restrooms work but the sink water has been turned off. Good for fishing. Be careful for snakes in the remote areas of the park.
