I was very surprised that the location is ideally situated for day trips out to Daytona or st. Augustine. And if you want to head into the central part of Florida again it's well situated. I was super impressed by the hard work that the owners do regularly and they're personal contact with the campers or maybe I should say those that are there because some are there almost every winter. The washroom areas and showers could be improved do they are certainly kept clean and functional. Manny in the camp have fairly large mobiles and use their own facilities. The laundry facilities are as good as I run into in my travels but really the Friendship of the other members in the camp and the extra effort that the owners make... make this a pleasant experience

BEWARE We were looking for a place with our doggies and our boat. We pulled up and the lady in the office was rude to us. We didn’t even stay because she was not welcoming of our dogs and I had no place to store our boat. The place is on the Saint Johns River and doesn’t allow boats 🙄

We got some great news today, since we've been living in our RV we've been moving every couple months even monthly sometimes. Today the owners of the campground we are in (Riversedge) in Georgetown, called us and told us we get to move one last time, to our PERMANENT lot here in their property. After alot of tears and joy we FINALLY FEEL stable and very happy. The people that own this place are very kind and generous people and see a lot of good in us. It's been a long time since anyone has said that about us. It feels awesome and we are very very happy and blessed. Thank you for being you.

The grounds are kept clean ,and the dock is great with a fish cleaning area. Check the weather for Lake George first as it gets choppy at times. But it also gets calm and glassy. The tent camping area was nice and has one power outlet for your air mattress, ect. Everyone was nice and waved. Close to Welaka
