The property is on a five acre farm in Middleburg Fl. Middleburg is between Jacksonville Fl. And Gainesville Fl. It is also close to Green cove springs, Jenny Springs and St. Augustine Florida. It is about 1 hr 1/5 minutes from Beaches. Most Grocery and more is 3.5 mls away. Some local stores are less than that distance. Uber, and delivery, etc come out to property.
24” smart Tv and Antenna have recently been installed. Tv gets about 20 channels and streaming is possible.
Trailer is equipped with USB ports in bunks and main bed area. It has two closets and cupboards for clothes. It has clean linens and blankets for all sleep areas. Couch is a futon. And table area collapses down to be another bed. Dishes and towels are provided.
The space is on a farm property that contains a small finger of the black creek. When half full it creates nice ambiance.
Farm contains goats, chickens, dogs and Guinea Fowl. More animals to come.
The location is private and rural but close to shopping, entertainment, Hospitals, the V.A. and to multiple city's.
Property is on a dirt road with two gates. The second gate is the gate closest to the property. Once booking is confirmed, additional access information will be provided.
