Driving up to the park you are immediately struck by its beauty. Magnificent old trees and large private sites. You are welcomed by the park owners who are very nice folks. The park is clean and well cared for. The sites have fire rings and we sat outside and had an amazing view of the stars. Our dogs were welcomed. There is a nice laundry, a pool and we were even able to by campfire wood. Loved our short stay.
People are so friendly and helpful. Not another soap opera wonderful place to call home. Or home away from home. Clean facilities spacious lots friendly environment. Pet friendly means pet friendly ☺️. That is not something they just say almost everyone has a pet. Every body says hi to the dog and cat here no grumpy oh keep your dog from barking during the day.
Cheap, easy set up, and good for short-term stays. Host, Gary and Kathy, are nice people. "Gary, whatever I did to make you mad at me I am sincerely sorry".
Nice pool, and a nice pool table. Men's shower, wifi, and cable are questionable for usage at best. Maintenance is an issue. The mature trees covered in Spanish Moss are beautiful.
I would stay here again because it is cheap, and I feel safe as long as I didn't talk with any of the long-term residents. Lots of older RVs, and Veterans.
Check-in was easy, even after hours. Spaces are large and the park was very clean. Prices were great. It was very convenient as it was just down the road from the dealer we bought our new fifth wheel from. It appears that all sites are pull through, and large enough to park our 42 foot fifth wheel and be able to unhook. There was plenty of room to park another vehicle or two behind the fifth wheel if we needed.
