About Campground

Hi! We are located out in rural Lake Butler, Florida and have land to share for stationary tiny homes and RVs! Our land is partly wooded on one corner and we have enough space for 2-4 RVs or tiny homes to come stay and have enough space for privacy. We are looking for long term residents, 6+ months or longer.

Asking $650 a month, includes electricity and water. We do not have trash pick up in our area so you are asked to take your own trash to the dump just down the road. No sewer hook-ups so composting toilets are a must. At the moment we do not have internet, however Verizon works well out here. Small dogs weighing 30lb or less welcome only if they are not constantly barking. They will need to be leashed when outside. We currently have a full-time resident living in our RV who has a large dog so we want to limit the amount of animals on the property.

Property is: \~40 minutes north of Gainesville \~20 minutes north of Alachua \~30 minutes south of Lake City \~30 minutes from Gilchrist Blue Springs State Park, Poe Springs Park, Ginny Springs and Ichetucknee Springs State Park \~15 minutes from Oleno State Park and Lake Butler West Side Park \~25 minutes from Santa Fe River Park \~1 hour west of Jacksonville

About Us: We were a stationary RV family for 4 years and enjoyed living small! We purchased a home with a bit of land with the hope of sharing our land with others and homesteading. We are a homeschooling family with 2 littles age 7 and 4, 6 pet cats and 1 pet potbelly pig. We are originally from South FL but have lived in north FL for 5 years now. Living on friend's land in Micanopy all the way up to Lake Butler. We understand how valuable finding land to live on with your camper can be, especially private quite land.

Outstanding Work that was done precisely to my specifications. I had Kevin forest mulch, stump grind, and create an easement for me. The work is thorough, the mulch is high quality, and the stumps were completely eliminated. If you need the work done, and done right the first time, contact Kevin.

Branch and Vine did a fantastic job grinding our stump left over from hurricane Sally.

They called me back minutes after inquiring about their service. Gave us a fair quote for the jobs we needed. Bryce came out a few days later, talked me through what he was going to do. And before he left he grabbed me to make sure that is was satisfactory.

They we professional and did a professional job. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting their clearing services.
