About Campground

**You will be able to experience everything from the beautiful secluded South Dakota prairie to daily life on a working farm. You will likely see a variety of wildlife as the vermillion river is only a half mile away. What type of experience you have is completely up to your own imagination! I own and operate R&R equine center right there on site. You will likely see us out riding horses. If you are wanting to ride we do have that available. We can do a trail ride or ride in the arena. If you are only wanting to pet the horses, that’s ok too! The only requirement needed is a signed liability waiver if you are wanting to ride. There is a “shower house” and “laundry area” available and also a hot tub. Maybe you have never been in a tractor and want to experience that please don’t be afraid to ask. I will do my best to make it happen! **

If i could have given 0 stars i would have.If you plan on buying a horse from this guy don't do it in the winter or fall. We purchased a gelding from him in the fall. Now that it's getting warm out we are seeing his breathing sounds horrible. I'm thinking heaves had vet out and now we are giving him all these meds. to figure out if it will be controllable. Spent $4000 on a sick horse that we can not ride. Very disappointed I will never go back!!🤬 HOW DOES THIS GUY SLEEP AT NIGHT KNOWING HE IS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!!

Bought a horse from Jermy and a few days later found out she had a issue after reaching out to him he got ahold of us and made it rite with an exchange and partial refund. Update: the 6 year old horse I have bought for $3,000 actually was aged by a Brandon vet @ 16 years old. Don’t ever say your new to horses.

I have purchased 4 horses from Reurink Horses since March 2021. We LOVE our horses from them! We trail ride extensively and our kids do 4-H. I would highly recommend for a kid or husband-safe horse!! They are great to deal with!

In May, we purchased two horses that were supposed to be aged 15-17 years old. We are first-time horse owners, so preferred that age range and kid friendly. Vet came out a week ago and verified the mare is 20 years old, and the gelding is 25+ years old. She also stated he is only pasture sound and can only be ridden by our child. I paid $3,500 for this gelding that isn't even sound to ride. The experience during the visit was great; however, very unfortunate that we were taken advantage of and outright lied to about these horses' medical condition and age. Lesson learned, which is sad because we did want to purchase a 3rd horse later this summer.

I highly recommend getting a vet check and blood work done on a horse before buying. The horse we bought from reurink died less than 6 months after bringing her home. The vet said it was liver failure from chronic liver disease. She also had navicular that had not been disclosed at the time of sale.

If they see an opportunity to prey on a trusting person, they will. Now I am out over $8000 and can't afford to replace her.
